There's no way to end the wave cooldown time, however it does give you time to weld doors, reload weapons, and purchase things or give money to other players in certain situations, but mainly, if you were camping in a spot it gives you time to get back there, but in small maps like biotics lab it does tend to get annoying

Beginner gives you 1:30 seconds of trader time, while all other modes give only 1 min

Not really.
I did play killing floor like crazy a good few years back medic, berserker and firebug all 6's

I remember hitting a rough patch of getting vote kicked after joining random servers and nothing but modded servers with the custom perks and sentry turrets.

i was just wondering if after all this time the devs or something added a command or vote option ingame that i was unaware of.

Not without mods.
The KFG practice mutator delivers such a feature, and iirc SCRN balance as well. Both derank your games.

You should stretch your neck during the timer. Killing Floor could be called Killing Posture if you don't stretch from time to time.

I don't think so. Of course if you finish the wave far away from the trader then you do not have to wait as long.
The only point of playing solo is to either practice or unlock achievements. It's pretty boring on solo, IMHO.
