Rebinding the shortcuts for combat arts

Is there a way to do it? Because going to 6, 7, 8, etc. gets annoying at some point. And I'm playing a Battle Mage so even more so, heh.

Also another question, why do I keep hearing breathing? Like if my char was exhausted after sprinting a marathon (though even when he's still, or mounted).

We used a hotkey remapper in the olden days.

Biggest design flaw of the game, apart from the bad humor. Actually, having to use this is holding me back from buying the game again.

Paying 2 bucks for not having to use the CD would actually be worth it.
