HELP - Game won't start?

Hello,
I downloaded the game today and tried to start it, installed all good, but now it just shows me the loading screen, saying something about the textures and then it does nothing at all, I can't even open task manager to close it anymore, because it overlaps everything besides the task line.

My specs:
