Game doesn't start even with configuration
I've checked and unchecked almost every single box on the Config file.

The game refuses to work. Everytime i run it, it stops responding, crashes, and i have to close it with task manager because it refuses to close itself. Windows 10, 64 bit machine.
Can anyone help me before i refund this? I really didn't wanna do it, because it seems like a good game.

It isn't unchecking all the boxes. You need to make sure that the box next to 32bit color depth is checked.

No one has ever mentioned this but for me I had to set CPU affinity to only CPU0 and it ran fine. This is true for other old games as well which were designed for old single core processors. You can set the affinity via Task Manager, or by using an app called Process Lasso. I do the latter b/c it's the only way to set the affinity permanently for a given program.

Once you do that, leave the default settings alone (don't check 32bit graphics, e.g.) and it should run perfectly. It did for me. Believe it.

what is affinity

It's a CPU concept. I don't know what it means.

But in this context, it effectively means how many CPU cores the program will be allowed to access, I believe. The CPUs are numbered, say, 0 through 7 and assigning an "affinity" of CPU0 only (check only its box) will limit the program's CPU access to that one core.
