I think by now everyone knows the GTA series.
It's open world at it's best, the game has so much going on you can run around for hours before even starting the campaign.
I was a little wary about buying the game after the latest reviews about how the game was broken due to Games For Windows Live (GFWL).
Running the game for the first time involved a few steps, but I got it running, so leaving here the steps I had to take.
-Setup a Rockstar Social Club (RSC) account and a GFWL account before hand. (if you don't have one yet, if you do, check if you can log in to each one)
-Ran the game the first time, had an error missing GFWL, downloaded and installed the client for GFWL, ran game again, signed in to both RSC and GFWL, it worked. (helps if you set GFWL to auto sign in, or game might restart a couple times before you log in)
-Had a problem with the game not detecting a 3GB RAM vid card, so the graphics were "locked" at 800x600 with all settings set to low, had to go to the Steam entry for the game in your library under properties and launch options, add the commands: -norestrictions -availablevidmem 100
-Game still started in 800x600, but now the graphics options were unlocked and correctly reads 3GB memory, so just set graphics to max and all set!
Of course I can't guarantee this will work for everyone, but did for me.
