SOVLED - EFLC has stopped working - GTA IV LC

I Just solved the problem about EFLC has stopped working. (WORKING in Win 7)

First thing first, open IE9, choose Internet Option, click advance tab, under security - uncheck "check for server certificate revocation"

Install Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant

Uninstall and Install Game for Windows Live again (installing) as admin (right click and click Run as administrator)

Then, play the game :)

*UPDATE*
To play the game, must always open GFW Marketplace by Run as administrator.

Thank you so much. I was cleaning my computer and I might have deleted important gfwl files, and both my GTA's weren't working, but now, thanks to you, I have my missing files back and the games works splendidly.
