GTA IV: FATAL ERROR WS10
Every time i want to play GTA IV i cant the rockstar social open i press play and then the error pop up. Ive tried everything i installed the latest framework i update it i downloaded the patch, ive tried all the solution i could i wish i could fix this since i payed for the game, what can i do?
this is what it exactly says: GTA IV FATAL ERROR: WS10 XNETSTARTUP failed - Please re-boot your system and/or re-install the game.

(Ive reinstalled the game already it didn't work and when itry to download the xnetframework it says my system already has it what can it be?

CANT I CONTACT DIRECTLY THE STEAM? SERIOSULY I PAID FOR THIS GAME.....
