problem with gta 4

so i just got gta 4 and for some reason it wont work, like i fixed windows live and everything but it still wont work. It takes forever to load, i think i waited about 30 minutes and it still was loading. I dont know what to do. I need help.

check my profile. i have my specs right there. I went to properties on my game and i put -availablevidmem x. the x is the number of available vid mem. i deleted the things that it installed. i reinstalled gfwl on the internet, i reinstalled c++ 2005 in widows vista and i changed the properties for gta 4, gta 4 browser and anything gta 4 in the game files from windows vista or windows xp to windows 7

Regardless, that does not mean you shouldn't help.

I assume that the issue is that the game has high CPU usage [since I'm experiencing similar symptoms, and looking at Task Manager while the game is running shows that 99% CPU is being used, a majority of it for GTA IV]. If you have any solution and/or quick fix, Hr./Fr. Brazil, it would be appreciated.

um...... if you didnt read in my profile i got a vac ban for something i have never played. I have never played cod mw3 multiplayer and i never plan on it and also i already fixed my issue ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
