GTA 4 Launch problems - Securom

I just bought GTA package and installed both 4/EFLC. Whenever I try to play the game, it gives me the "First time setup"-Installing SecuROM Acrivation (Step 1 of 1) for a few seconds, but then the prompt dissapears after a few seconds.

I've searched the internet for some help, but I coudn't find any answers that solved my problem.
(I cant even get to the Social Club/CDkey part)

Please help?
