Getting rid of the game completely from the account

I am trying to get rid of this game completely and don't know how to. I don't play it and uninstal it, but I still see it in my library.

So long as you own the game, and that will be forever since it is linked to your account, you can uninstall it but it will always appear in your Library. The only things you can do is to set the Library to only display Installed games or to set up a Category for the game and put it in there. Then just minimize it and you need never look at it again.

But you cannot disassociate a game from your account once you own it.

If you want to disassociate a game from your account that you own,
Visit the Steam support site then log in with your account information. Click Games, Software, etc., then select the game you want to delete (you may need to search for it). Next, select I want to permanently remove this game from my account. Follow the prompts, and the game will be removed from your Steam library for good.

If you just want to hide the game,
You could just right click a game in your steam library and select "set category" and check "Hide this game in my library".

yes you can, click on the support tab, navigate through the prompts, and it will offer you "I want to permanently remove this game from my account"
