remove prefects so i can bully children

Game is a classic! Steam version crashes every 20 minutes or so. I cannot recommend spending $15 on this game until Rockstar fixes the problem (which i doubt they will).

FYI have installed the "silent patch" and tried other recommended fixes but game still crashes frequently. the crashes wouldnt be as bad if the game had an autosave feature...
