Could there be a possibility to run Bully with standard account?

bought it at sale because i did see pewdiepie play it, very disapointed that so many steam games needs admin privilegies, are there any ways to disable these or play the games without admin privilegies?, please, i want to play it >.<

needing admin privilegies isn't always a problem with a game or steam sometimes it an issuse with windows user account controls. best thing you can do is this locate the bully.exe in your steam/steamapps/common/bullyscholarshipedition folder right click the bully.exe file(will be listed as an application under file type in windows explorer) and either click send to then desktop create shortcut and when you want to play bully right click the shortcut and select run as administator or right click the bully.exe file and click run as administrator.

(am assuming you are using windonws vista/7/8 since xp doesn't have user account controls)
