Game is running very slow at around 10 fps

I'm running on a GTX 680m with a 3.2 GHz CPU, so I know that's not the problem. I've had problems with older games and their shader models before, but i don't know what to do.

I have the same issues with my PC, it's a terrible port over to the PC so its probably badly optimized which is why it runs like ♥♥♥♥.

I found a fix if you're using Nvidia Cards right click anywhere on the desktop - go to Nvidia Control Panel - Manage 3D Settings - on Global Settings click on Preferred graphics processor and choose High-performance NVIDIA processor - click Program Settings click Add and add bully.exe - on select preferred graphics processor for this program choose High-performance NVIDIA processor - click Apply and you're done if your steam is lagging then go back to program settings choose Valve Steam and pick Integrated Graphics
