It helped not to crash every 10 minutes for me, but I agree it still crashes every hour to 2 hours

Yeah same with me. It crashes every 20 minutes or so, so I have to save after every mission

Find the .exe file wherever Steam puts it on your hardrive, right click > properties > compatability tab > xp service pack 3. OR search "run programs made for previous versions of windows" and follow process... Gotta say this did not actually help me at all it still crashes every 5 minutes

the drop box download didnt work for me, it ran and appeared to do nothing, I found that by saving regularly at about 20% game completion i made it to 30% and its stopped crashing at the moment

For windows 7 users, I found a solution to the C.T.D. (crash to desktop) on loading screen! Bully does not seem to like HD. I've tried all the little tricks on these Forums, but only this one seems to work out. Use your VGA cord instead of HDMI and the problem magically disappears. I have an AMD PC btw. I know vga is retarded these days. I built my system for HD but had to resort to this to get this game running. I guess when this game came out HDTV connections weren't a priority for Rockstar.

UPDATE: I tried the HDMI cord WITH the VGA STILL PLUGGED IN. Now the HD doen't crash the game and it runs 100%. No crash! The game glitch seems to be tied to how it interacts with modern-day HD capable video cards reguardless of HDMI, DVI-I, DVI-D and has yet to be fixed by steam or rockstar. My rig is multiple monitor mode capable, so your experience may vary.

Tried that, coupled with multiple compatibility settings on both this .exe and the original one, still crashes every 10 minutes T_T
