gameplay WAY too fast!

so i just dl this game from somewhere as a freeware game and installed it. i only have one issue, ITS TOOO FAST! the gameplay is like one of those early 20th century movies where everyone is moving at super-human speeds on film!

i cant control the guy and his turning is too fast... how do i slow it down? theres nothing in the game manager (options menu) that helps this...

Go into the options and turn on the frame limiter.
