game crashes after changing Resolution

Hi i need help with this problem
the problem is when i try to change the resolution the game immediately stops working.
if anybody knows please answer. Because i love this game and i didnt have time to play it

specs:
AMD A10 7850K @4GHz
Radeon HD 7870 2GB GDDR5 OC to 1.25GHz
8GB DDR3 2133MHz RAM,
Resolution 1920x1080

I did this, after having the same problem. Get the MC2_Vista_Patch (search the net) and patch the game. Then locate the program exe-file in the games Steam folder. Right-click the file and then make a compatibility check. Windows 10 will ask you to test the game after getting you an offer with the compatibility (my W10 offered Vista). I was after that able to run in Full HD (1920x1080x32). Give it a try and hope that helps.
