Just got the game today, nut when i play it and end a race it gets stuck on saving

When i finished the first race it went to saving and it got stuck there for a while, then i got tired of waiting so i closed the game but it wouldn't close, so i restarted my computer and went back to the game but the game saved already and i went on to the 2nd race. once i was done that it got stuck on saving again. Does anyone know how to fix this, TELL ME PLS!!!!!!!!
