This is the classic third-person shooter by Rockstar and Remedy. The gunplay is amazing, story is good, some pretty cool mechanics like bullet time and shootdodge, and the game is challenging but in a good way. First off if you're a casual gamer who sucks at games that take skill(the people that think CoD is good), you will not like this game. The story is told in an interesing way, using comic strips, Max talking to himself in-game, and through regular cutscenes. There are plenty of guns to use and you can have them all at once unlike in Max Payne 3 where you can only have 3 weapons. You heal with bottles of painkillers that are found throughout the map and you usually start out with 2-4 at the beginning of each level. The level design is good. You can eliminate enemies the normal way, just run and shoot, or you can slow down time, dive, or slow down time and dive, these are pretty fun to do and are really useful when you are almost dead. The game is amazing and I would highly recommend getting this in the bundle with Max Payne 2. I have heard that some people have problems running this game on Windows 7/8 but I am on Windows 8.1 and I haven't had any problems running the game. The only thing I've noticed is that if you open the steam overlay, any key you hit in the overlay will also affect the game, but this happens no matter what OS you are playing on.
