Max Payne Is not working
English:I can open the game and go to a configurate screen but when i click to play says the games is doenst working

My monitor is 1366x768 and i have AMD radeon 5970

Try harder man. Try to fix it by yourself. Use google. Use PC Gaming Wiki.
Don't expect someone to fix it for you.

The game for some reason really doesn't like 1366x768. Try to lower and see what happens. I had to mess around with my game to get it working correctly on Windows 10. Compatibility must be Win 98/ME with run as admin on for it to even run. Good luck.

I use the compability and low the monitor but isnt working

PEOPLE! after searching the web I finally figured it out (at least for me) all you need to do is rename the actual directory where the game is installed, just delete the space in between the name "Max Payne", thats all, now the downside is that you would no be able to run the game off your steam library menu, but you can fix that by creating a shortcut from the new directory to your desktop
:\Steam Games\steamapps\common\MaxPayne

I also took out the "Compatibility mode" options and still working.

BTW - I also installed DirectX 9.0c (Feb 10) before i tried this renaming option (dunno if that helped)
