Intro not showing

Everytime I start SA, the intro doesn't show, but it still does the sound to it. Any help?

i know how to fix this , at least it worked for me:
go to the game .exe file in /steam/steamapps/common/grandtheftautosa/ rightclick and select properties(of the gta-sa.exe), under the compatibility tab select: disable desktop composition , thats all , now you should have an intro!

Windows 8 needs a different fix, since that option is no longer available:
1. Select any compatibility option and click OK.
2. Open regedit and browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers.
3. Edit the line that says "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto san andreas\gta-sa.exe" (or whereever it is installed) and replace the contents with "DXMaximizedWindowedMode"

Hi In windows 8 I just changed compatibility to xp service pack 2 for gta-sa.exe
