how i can install czech language? (i have original gta)

Its on czech so i cant see the exact instructions but if for some reason fails try downgrading the game.

i know how to download it but i dont know to what folder i have to install it

Mmmm, it should go into the "text" folder on the main game folder and as i said its texted on 1.0 only so if it doesnt work try downgrding.
