Nope. U must downgrade your GTA SA to 1.0 version

haha i got 1.1 instead of 1.0 i think that is also a reason why the mod didnt work, thanks for the link

You only need to downgrade to 1.0 (link I posted above)
SilentPatch is just optional side stuff.
