I would still consider this to be the best GTA game to ever exist. GTA III and San Andreas are a close second/Third. I have easily played hundreds, if not a thousand hours of this game on PS2 back in the day. We need to get a new Vice City in scope of GTA V, NOW!
I loved the story, the characters, the weapons, the vehicles, everything about this game I love. VRock is the greatest radio to ever exist in Sandbox video games. Gotta love the 80s baby!
But of course, there is problems. There are missing features that were removed from the PS2 version to here. There is also control issues and graphical issues. Thankfully the modding community has fixed most (if not all) the problems and can play the game no problem. I'm running Windows 8.1 and ran the game fine without any modding.
I probably won't play through the entire game again, as I don't have the time, but it feels great to re-live it and have fun.
