Save Won't Load (Windows 7), Info in Post

My save says "The Driver", as it is the last mission I completed on said save. Upon loading, the loading bar fills, and the gray square with pink texting saying something about loading shows up as usual. The noise that plays when the game is done loading, or whenever you respawn I believe, plays, but clicking just gives a generic error noise and pressing a key crashes the game. A small window pops up that shows an "unhandled exception" of c0000005, at an address of 004c3ec7. Does anyone know how to fix this, as I am very close to finishing the game and don't want to have to go back to a much earlier point (in the future I will certainly use multiple save slots).
