My mouse wasnt move , can only use keyboard
The last time im play, i cant use mouse to control tommy, i cant shoot, cant see around, it like there is no mouse on my computer, im try to delete and redownload the game , still the same problem, help me!

Try to install the silent patch it's in this forum!

When that happens,just press escape and go back,of if it that doesn't work set conrols at default.

Go into Options and switch from Classic Controls to Standard Controls.

im try, it still the same problem, the mouse can move in main menu , but in game it stuck , and it cant click on any button

Damn dude,I know that English is not your native language,neither is mine,but it's not that hard to add suffix -ing to verbs sometimes.

Just learn Present and Past continuous,it's not hard.

already learn , but i didnt use it much , just try to write some easy text , btw , my problem is the game ,not my english :/

Try installing Silent patch or something like that.

Ok i know the problem go to Computer, Local Disk, Program Files (x86), Steam, steamapps, Common, and go to Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and click on gta- vc icon and right click and go to properties, then go to Compatability then check mark disable visual themes and you should be good to go my friend
