graphics upgrade
i dk much about modding or whatever, but is there an easy way to swap out some graphics files or something to make the game look better. i see videos on youtube and people's games look pretty decent. mine looks like the game was actually made in the 80s, besides being set there too.

Try ViceCry mod 1.7. It replaces vanilla textures with HD ones.
