Can I PLEASE get help?
Hello. For some reason Vice City keeps minimumizing when I launch it, making it impossible to play. Can someone please help me? I really want to play.

Also, it started doing this a week to 3 weeks ago. I have had this game since sometime in 2014, and I never had this issue. I tried reinstalling it, verifying integrity, etc.

Just an idea that might work. Try starting the game and then turning off and on internet.

But VC runs offline anyways. It'll keep doing that, regardless if I restart my Internet.
