I need a help guys

Whenever I start the game, eg: in the beggining when it says Vice beach 1986 and the intro in the begginig, before it gets started, the black screen goes for 2 minutes and then the game(intro) starts, I didn't have this problem before, now I got, what's the problem if someone knows and how to fix it? Thanks.

Try changing your screen resolution to the lowest one

It was on 1920x1080, I'll try, but why screen resolution would wreck my game?

I woudl try Alt-Tabbing out and back into the game, it should bump it through without having to wait.
