Weird walking glitch.
Even though this glitch is small,it's more annoying than a rash.I've been playing over 150 hours with no problems.Yet now,this just comes up.What's weird is that it only happens while walking.

Maybe it's because of CPU affinity, use Process Lasso to remember process gta_vc.exe affinity to a single core.

San Andreas has same issue.
