I hate the driver mission

I hate the driver mission.

Cant win with the car given unless you rng to the gods or are some speed running super gta geek. Even tried in game cheating (ie card switching and blocking) but teh game physics always sends me off into a wall for driving in the middle of a smooth road.

Grrr.

i cant remember the last time i failed it. but i have had like 10 years experience with vice city.

last i checked it wasn't against the race rules to shoot his tires out, just dont damage his car too much or it blows up. personally i never had much of an issue but the best advice there is learn how to drift in a sentinel. (yes you can if you use BOTH brakes properly)

Other than that if you are cofident in your skills driving with sports cars there is one next to a hotel about 3 streets into the race, if you use it you will have to play catch up though.

I had a hard time with this mission when it first came out. Since then, i've learned to just push that idiot into a tree or a wall. That puts him way in the back. Never needed/used cheats

Cheat way:
"booooooring" cheat + sniper rifle in the beginning to pop his tires.
Honest way:
Do a PIT maneuver, then push him into trees or something if he will catch up with you after that.
