Can't complete the history

After getting up to 20 something percent of the game completed I'm not able to continue with the history, ammu-nation pink marks are not appearing, I can't change clothes, massacre pointers do disapear but do not start the mission. I can't complete cuban missions due to I need to complete Haitians, but I have no marker to start those, also bikers missions are not appearing, I'm frustrated, I think the save file got corrupted or something, anybody had the same experience?. BTW I didn't mod the game.
