Grand Theft Auto: Vice City trying to download Format Factory???

Hello anyone with information,
My friend bought me three GTA games for the summer sale. Those games were GTA 3, GTA San Andreas and GTA Vice City. I downloaded Vice City, all normal, then when I tried to open the game, It made my aspect ratio ♥♥♥♥♥♥, (really small), and opened up this setup type thing for a thing called Format Factory, I wish I had screenshots, but It doesn't let me click off or anything. It then says "The feature you are trying to use on a network resource that is unavailable." At the bottom it also says "Click OK to try again, or enter an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package "FormatFactory.3.0.1.msi" in the box below. It then has a browse button, bringing you to a file explorer but does not let you click done or anything like that. PLEASE help me fix this, I don't want to waste my friends money on this game if it does not work.

That all sounds super weird, Only problem I had was "Cannot find XXXxXXX video mode"
Yeah I used X's because I don't remember the resolution off the top of my head

Hey did you have any luck fixing this issue? I've got the same problem with Guilty Gear
