Unhandled Exeption
I don't know what the problem is but I recently bought GTA 3, Vice City & San Andreas in the trilogy package. I tried to play GTA 3 but it said there was an unhandled exeption. It not only happened for 3 but Vice City too. I'm happy San Andreas worked though. This is what the Window said.

Unhandled Exeption: c0000005
At Address: 00630000

If somebody has a fix for this please help.
I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate

Update: I got GTA Vice City to work by changing the DEP settings but I tried the same thing on GTA 3 but it didn't work. Still working on it.

open regedit and check this:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlag\Layers

you can see gtaIII with DisableNXShowUI

check if is only DisableNXShowUI or if there are other words...

try it also with HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlag\Layers

...And what do you have to do if there are other words? I've got another file with $ DWM8And16BitMitigation DMW8And16BitMitigationDisableNXShowUI

Just got VC up and running by changing: $ DWM8And16BitMitigation to DisableNXShowUI
Give it a try.

Didn't work.

I'm having the same problem but only when I try to enter the Staunton Island garage. I even cleared all the cars from it using a a save editor but it still says, "You cannot store any more cars in this garage!". Then, the minute I get out of my car and walk towards it, the message appears.
