can't find video 640X480?

hmm found a solution but im back to windows 7 click on the .exe then properties look for run in 640X480

I did this, but the game never opens. It just prompts me to give it administrator access then closes.

I updated my video card driver and it fixed all problems, for those in a similar situation

then people have this problem should run it as an administrator and do the other instructions to

I'm not sure why you want to run it at 640 x 480, But try running steam as an Administrator, And then changing the GTA 3 properties to run at 640 x 480.

just run game as idministrator and in compability mode (as win xp)
