Simple Graphical Glitch
I have this odd graphical gltich where I see white lines between textures. I remember seeing something like this when messing around in Minecraft with the Nvidia Control Panel and certain settings causing it, but maybe someone here knows what's up?

I'm using an Nvidia GTX 660 Ti.

It was always like this in this game. Map design flaw.

You could try forcing anti-aliasing in the NVIDIA Control Panel.

Manage 3D Settings
Global Settings/Program Settings

^Choose program settings tab, find GTA III and turn on 4x AA or higher. There is also a transparent AA option you can turn on. Another option is to skip both and try FXAA. This blurs the image quality, but is faster. The 660 Ti can handle 2x,4x,8x AA & a little supersample transparent AA, especially in an old game like GTA III.

Forcing AA & AF through the gfx card control panel can cause issues in certain games. Turn it off if any glitches happen.
