I'm running Windows 7 and YES, they do.

Though, there are color issues on GTA 3-- but that's no matter what version of windows you use. Rockstar managed to eff up the gta3.exe file-- a cracked gta3.exe isn't too hard to come by. If you don't want to change any directory files and can deal with discolored vehicles, I guess that's fine :P

Also, if you ever change to windows 8, keep in mind that the menu text on GTA 3 fades to nothing-- not sure what the fix is for that, but keep that in mind.

One last thing: GTA III and Vice City don't natively work with controllers that use xinput (just like San Andreas doesn't :C). There's a nice guide here on steam that's VERY easy to follow on how to add PS3 and Xbox 360 controller support to those games-- including proper button prompts in those little black tutorial windows that pop up at the beginning of every gta game. X shows up as X, Right Trigger shows up as RT... admittedly I'm probably more excited about that than I should be.

Vice City Controller Support:

Unfortunately there's no controller thing for san andreas-- some people like to use "Xpadder" for it, but it's not free...

Hopefully that's all the info you'd ever need to set you on your way to a happy gta gaming experience :)
