Trying to put gta 3 on flash drive

Im trying to put gta 3 on a flash drive to play at school. This works with most other games but not this one. Whenever it launches on another computer it reads "error 5:0000065434" is there anyway to surpass this so i can play on another computer? All support or appreciated.

You'd need a no cd exe, since stock exe has steam drm in.
