Do people still play the game

Is there still a pretty active community still playing this game and is there alot of hackers

There is a community, but not very huge. Most of the time servers are empty. However, there is always between 1 and 3 servers that have people. There is a Russian server that has always people (except for late at night). There is an American server that usually have players too, but it only plays one map over and over again. Between Thursday and Sunday there are fightnights and you can find people playing. I barely ever had problems finding a game.

About the hackers...I never met one single hacker in this game. Maybe there are, but I personnaly would not know. I doubt that anyone would make hacks for this game. Why bother with a game that barely has 100 players at peek moments when you can go and hack games like COD, CS, etc., and therefore ♥♥♥♥ off more people.

Get RO then add DH- there is a fight everyday on DH servers and no hackers-DH is free- also groups you can join to have big planned fights

Yea i got this game today and I've only had a problem finding servers really late at night.
It's a great game! Especially the DH add on!

as far as i know, the russian community server gets a lot of players, while the other servers get almost no players

There is currently a bug where all of the servers are not shown in the game server browser.
I would advice using steam's built in server browser from menu -->view-->browser to locate the missing servers. Once in a while, I miss playing RO. I wish that TWI is more responsive and fix the problem.

Hi, I am WAR666, you will find me a lot on RO Stalingrad.
RO Stalingrad is fiun, but looking at RO Ostfront, Ostfront sounds better ; however, this gun site dropping left to foot makes it unplayable...

I am learning how to play the number one game of all times: ARMA 2
(If ANYONE do not like ARMA 2 it's because you can't, you do not know how to play it)

I am assuming that the gun dropping a little while aiming is normal for RO, however is there a way to disable this or make it less pronounced? It is very difficult to hold the iron sites on target when you have to constantly raise the rifle or weapon.

OSTFRONT has this permanent gun dropping, which makes the game NOT playable...
Frankly speaking, how can you play a game that requires you to constantly move UP the mouse??

RO Stalingrad doesn't not have this bad effect.
I play ARMA 2, imagine ARMA with gun constantly dropping left to foot... lol

Thank. I found it out on my own when guessing that it was my xBox controler pluged in that was messing it up. I play withthe keyboard, but the pad was pluged, I unpluged it and voila.
Anyway graph are real bad, and server .............. I stay with RO 2

Arma aint hard to play if u put enough time into it
