No widescreen?
Killing Floor has it, but why not RO1 - same graphic engine?

It has it, it's just not available in the GUI.

Find RedOrchestra.ini and adjust the viewport X and Y settings for your preferred res.

I went to Tripwire forum and found out the solution (What you should have done, not making others to do, while you are just sitting around). As sulman said you can adjust by changing values of your config file, which is RedOrchestra.ini. And Crisis released in 2007 not 2006 like RO1 did. Maybe 1 year difference might seem nothing to you, but it makes huge difference in the game.

I never asked to do me a favor. :) Tried config, works, but looks very strange even with fov 85 - 90. I jut stupid that this game was rereleased to mac platform this year and still no widescreen, tripware is not aware of this, or maybe too lazy to do.

This is all missing the point somewhat.

RO1 and KF started as mods of UT2004, hence the slightly older feel. They're derived from a ten year old engine.

You can get widescreen, it just takes a bit of digging. It's hardly a big deal.

It's very funny that KF has widescreen and RO don't. As you said same engine. Acutally RO widescreen with config looks strange for me, the gun is way in corner and other things are not right.

I have te solution. Put in the console: "setres 1366x768 for 1366x768"

You can also go in RedOrchestra.ini to set values
Steam/steamapps/common/red orchestra

Check for [WinDrv.WindowsClient] and
[SDLDrv.SDLClient]

then change Fullscreen values

i.e.
FullscreenViewportX=1980
FullscreenViewportY=1200

Save, and launch Red Orchestra.

Okay guys, let me up this thread for a question : Can I increase the FOV in this game? If yes, how?

Try this
http://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Red_Orchestra:_Ostfront_41-45

According to this old topic of official forum ( http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showthread.php?t=4855 ), you can't change it when you play online : play offline and change FOV to a value that fits you. It would be saved, and then play online. New setting should be kept.

Unfortunatelly, it doesn't save when I go on a server online :(
Thanks for the reply thought.
