Did you tried to delete your RedOrchestra.ini file as it was mentioned on Error message?

Yes, I tried to delete it, but it didn't seem to work. Though later when I tried to search for the file it still showed up in my search. I would think that it wouldn't show up agian if I had deleted it?

I had a similar problem, open the INI file and search for "StartupFullscreen=" this is set to true, i changed it into FALSE and the game started immediatly in windowed mode. Then in that mode I changed setting to 1900-1200 (it wont go bigger)
