Achivement unlocking requires at least 8 human on a server.

ok thank you, it will be difficult because I had never seen lots of people.

As I wrote in another topic, it depend the day & hour you play.
But on Russian Community server, you will find people for infantry maps,
and for tank maps russian VTG or some German server can host decent games.
Plus check www.redorchestra.pl to know which mod to play to find people every friday.
