can't start the launcher before and error 503 now?????what else error do u prepared for me, steam?

ok now i managed to launch the nexon game launcher somehow, and i don't even know how i fixed it. but...guess what, it says now 'A system error has occurred. Please try again later. (Error 503)' and this shows up everytime i tried to start the game.

is it that steam doesn't want me to play this game at all?

i think the better way is to download the game from nexon site and screw steam
