The best Shooter/Tower defense?

I've played a good bit of several shooter/tower defenses and think this may be my favorite one. I couldn't get into Dungeon Defenders or Orcs must Die. I enjoyed Sanctum a lot, but this game by far has the best humor of the bunch. Also, Mechs are almost the coolest thing ever. Good on ya, Double Fine.

I love Double Fine and I think this game is great, but I have to say that OMD, specifically OMD2 is my favorite if I have to make the comparison. OMD has a deeper scoring system, and OMD2 has tons of unlocks unlike the original. Iron Brigade does have a great customization system which I really enjoy.

I tried to like OMD, but I could not get into it. I really wish I liked it, but it bored me. Perhaps I'll give it another try sometime.

Definitely OMD2

OMD2 gets my vote as well, especially since coop works. It also has more depth, more customizability (60+ different traps / items / weapons), more rewards for creative thinking and a much stronger puzzle solving attribute. The humor is also more accessible without being too weird.

Iron Brigade is still fun to play, but hasn't held my interest like OMD2 has.
