GFWL problems
First up, didnt even realise GFWL was needed for this game - it wasnt mentioned anywhere, and the game would simply crash if the GFWL client wasnt running first.

So I boot up GFWL client and log in, game then loads. Then for some reason, I need to log in to GFWL again in game. During this phase the client refuses to accept my login credentials and I cant play.

I did recently switch over from hotmail to outlook, so thought it was that... but I am logging in to the client using my outlook account and it works fine - why would it then stop working in-game? Makes no sense. Much like GFWL as a whole in fact.

Games for Windows Live is a horrible piece of garbage software. That's the main problem. To get it to work you'll probably have to uninstall both Games for Windows Live Marketplace and Games for Windows Live Redistributable from the control panel, then reinstall the new version from the Microsoft website. This is a problem that people have with every single GFWL game it seems because something that is part of Windows 7 or Windows 8 is not compatible with the old GFWL software.

First off, Im saying this.
"GFWL is a horrible exscuse for not letting players get to their games, and their full experience, for instance, when I first bought toy soldiers (Before I.B.) Every time I started it up it would ask for a GFWL account, I went to the website, made one, then came back, said it didnt work, uninstalled both, reinstalled both, then tried again, it got to "Downloading profile" Then it said it STILL didnt work, FINALLY steam was usable for toy soldiers, thus allowing me to fully enjoy it, I then came back to I.B. figuring it was worth a shot, I fire it up, Guess what? GFWL strikes again with the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥tin error, Either they fix it and make I.B. for steam, Or im just going to ask them to refund it, and if they dont, Im not going to buy any more games from indie, Simple as that.

It is indeed a massive bowl of garbage. I ended up creating a brand new account, which seemed to work. Hideous.
