Absolutely loving this game!
Wow, I turn up to the forums and it's problems everywhere... I was getting loads of bugs initially but they seem to be fixed with the latest build now. While the game is working, I'm loving it, took me a while to get into it but now I'm running around in my assault mech tearing everything up solo and loving it, can't wait til my friends start playing it :)

the problems aren't in the campaign so much as they are in multiplayer. the "scrap" bug is crippling the game as it is and until DF can cut through the red tape that microsoft is using to strangle the life out of this fantastic title, you most likely won't get to enjoy multiplayer. the "scrap" bug essentially lags the game everytime a piece of scrap is collected. either by a player or a collection prong. from what i've read, there is a scripting conflict in the game that now causes this issue between GFWL (games for windows live). i'm yet to find a work around for the issue, but if you find one i'm all ears. (in this case, EYES)

I have no idea what that problem is, I've played a bunch of multiplayer myself with friends (3 players, all within Australia) and haven't seen a problem. Only problem we've had is that sometimes the mouse stops working, that's the extent of things, if it works when it reaches the boat though, it's fine from there.

by multiplayer, i was referring to survival. i should have been more specific. around wave 12 - 15, the scrap bug starts to get so bad that aiming becomes a real chore. that's if you get past your game stuttering... either way, i await DF to get things straightened out with microsoft (preferably cut ties with microsoft) and get us the patch we're all waiting for.

Ah right, that makes more sense, still, Survival isn't a thing I'm super interested in, I can firmly say I'm loving the story and it seems that for the most part, that is bug free for both single and multiplayer then? If they fix the stutter bug I'll try out survival when I've maxed everything out then :)

well on lighter note, it must be nice to be able to find folks to connect with, lol. i sat searching for players as long as 20 minutes before. good luck to ya.

Yeah, never found anyone by radio, some friends and I bought a 4 pack and are running through it :D
