Framerate

So, is the framerate in this still capped at 30? And also is the co-op fixed? Just figured I'd see if the game's worth buying yet.

last time i played (about a week ago) the scrap bug was still there. i'm yet to get any info on any projected fixes... couldn't even attempt a survival map. when my collectors were in full swing, this bug would slow my game to a crawl. it saddens me too because i was first introduced to this title on xbox. i was ecstatic when it hit steam because i could finally drown myself in hours of survival yet again. PLEASE DF, give us a fix! on a side note, could'nt connect to any multiplayer games at all. tried finding members for 20 minutes and never connected.
