Enemies Juggle in the Sky, Revive Only Needs "Q" Key?

Has there been a minor adjustment to this game? I seem to notice that enemies are flying into the air when getting shot at times (it seems like this never used to happen).

Also, when reviving a teammate, didn't you have to hammer a different keyboard key every time to bring back your friend? Now it seems you only have to tap "Q" once, and they come back to life (without any progress bar for their revival or anything).

Is it just my imagination?

The enemies flying into the air or glitching about the map seems to be unintentional.
The revive mechanic always just used Q if u were in Co-Op-
However if u playing solo and get damage u need to revive yourself via button mashing.
