Binding of Isaac with DLC without sound

I just bought THe binding of isaac with the dlc and soundtrack , but when i run the game it starts but without any sound and music , anyone have this same problem?

I have this same issue. I wonder if it's because I have two audio outputs; one through my HDMI TV and one through my mini-stereo output (headphone output). It only outputs through the headphone port; not through HDMI...but I always keep headphone output disabled and I'd prefer to have this go through HDMI to the TV, so I'm not sure what gives here.
