Developer, if you ever read these, could you at least give us a general timeframe of when it'll happen?

Edmund said in twitter that linux version will be released "late january".
Half of February has gone. Still no TBoI.

No Isaac, no Meat Boy. It's very sad.

Yeah, Team Meat doesn't care much for Linux.

Well there is a version of Super Meat Boy for Linux. It is just not on Steam yet.

A version that they didn't port, somebody else did, and they only allowed it because it was a requirement to be released on the Humble Indie Bundle. These guys hate Linux and Linux users and they'll never devote an ounce of their time to putting the existing Linux versions on Steam, probably out of a mix of laziness and spite.

+1 Would love to see a Linux version. It shouldn't take much effort especially as there's already deb's available on Humble Bundle.

Why isn't the Linux version on steam yet? Do the devs even care enough to submit the Linux version to Steam? Doesn't seem like it. We are just filth to them or something.

Honestly, I agree, linux would be cool, but "DO IT NOW" is not okay since they are just developers, taking there times to make you a game, don't order them around like that, it's not nice or fair. also, there won't be a linux version, since they are currently working on three more games, one of them being a complete remake of the binding of isaac.
