Skrillex cameo or am I just seeing things?

In the first days after buying this game, while playing, I distinctly remember encountering a boss (or mini boss, I really don't remember) that basically had this minion/familiar that looked like Skrillex. Basically it was a Baby (http://bindingofisaac.wikia.com/wiki/Baby) except it had glasses and I think hair too, so it looked like a caricature version of Skrillex.

Wiki has no info on this, neither does Google. I couldn't take a screenshot because it was only then that I found out the overlay doesn't work in this game, also the boss killed me pretty easily. Someone please confirm I actually saw this. I'm not insane I tell ya!

The characters are designed to look like the two guys who coded and did art for the game. Edmund McMillen and Florian Himsl.
